Differential Shafts

Our heavy-duty Differential Shafts are designed to run multiple rolls on a single shaft and maintain equal tension on every roll. These easy, safe and efficient to use shafts allow smooth running of rolls having different core sizes and types. Their internal differential slip has removed the usage of cones, spacers or core stops and easily controlled tensions are able to wind multiple cores. These products are provided with different face lengths up to 100 and diameters up to 10. These Differential Shafts feature internal and bi-directional clutching mechanism. In addition to this, they also ensure self-adjustment when the material is wound onto the cores to correct the tension. Slide bearings ensure smooth sliding of the cores on the shaft swiftly and smoothly.
